General Questions

Is NorthWoods Wireless an official Cellcom dealer?

Yes — we are a Cellcom authorized dealer. That means you get the full Cellcom network, the complete phone and plan lineup, and all the same services available through Cellcom directly — plus the personal service you won't find anywhere else.

Do you only serve customers in Suring?

Not at all. We serve individuals and businesses across Oconto County and the surrounding area. Scott can also come to you anywhere in Northeast Wisconsin that Cellcom offers coverage.

What are your store hours?

Mon–Fri 9–5, Sat 9–12, Sun Closed. You can also call or text us at (920) 590-1110 anytime.

How is NorthWoods Wireless different from going directly to Cellcom?

When you come to us you get a real person who knows you, knows your account, and has time to actually help. No call centers, no being transferred around, no starting over every time you call. We are a locally owned Cellcom authorized dealer which means you get the full Cellcom network and lineup with the kind of personal service that the big box stores and national chains simply don't offer.

Phones & Devices

Can you set up my new phone for me?

Absolutely. We handle full device setup, data transfer, contact migration, app configuration, and more. We don't hand you a box and send you home.

Do you do phone repair?

We don't offer phone repair. If your phone is damaged, we can help you file a Cellcom insurance claim — just stop in or give us a call and we'll walk you through the process. In some cases, an upgrade may actually make more sense than a repair, and we're happy to help you figure out which option works best for your situation.

 

Can I trade in my old phone?

Yes — we accept trade-ins. Stop in or call us to find out what your device is worth.

Do you carry tablets, watches, and other devices?

Yes — we carry tablets, connected watches, trail cameras, security cameras, mobile hotspots, home phone replacement devices, and a full line of accessories in addition to phones. Stop in or call us to see what's currently available.

Plans & Connectivity

Do you offer home internet?

Yes — we offer Cellcom home internet and mobile internet options ideal for rural households and businesses. Stop in or call us to find out what's available in your area.

Can I pay my Cellcom bill here?

Yes — we accept in-store bill payments. We can also help with billing questions and plan reviews.

What is the difference between prepaid and postpaid?

Postpaid plans bill you after the month ends and often include more features and better data options. Prepaid plans are pay-as-you-go with no contract. Stop in and we will help you figure out which makes more sense for your situation.

Can you help me switch from another carrier?

Yes — we handle number porting and can walk you through switching to Cellcom. Stop in or call us to get started.

Mobile Service — We Come to You

How does the mobile service work?

Call or text us at (920) 590-1110, tell us what you need, and we will schedule a time and place that works for you. Scott shows up with everything needed to complete your service on the spot.

Is there an extra charge for mobile visits?

No — there is no trip fee or travel charge. Mobile visits are included as part of how we do business.

How far will you travel for a mobile visit?

We serve all of Northeast Wisconsin anywhere Cellcom offers coverage. Call or text us and we will figure out the details.

What can Scott do on a mobile visit?

Everything available in our store — new phones, upgrades, trade-ins, device setup, data transfer, plan changes, accessories, and more. Same full service, right at your door.

Do you handle business wireless accounts?

Yes — we set up and manage Cellcom business and multi-line accounts for companies of all sizes. Scott can come to your location for setup.

Can you set up mobile internet for a job site?

Yes — we offer mobile internet solutions for job sites, vehicles, and remote locations. Call us to discuss what will work best for your situation.

Who do I call if I have an issue with my business account?
