Meet Jameson— our in-house tech expert and the next generation of wireless knowledge at NorthWoods Wireless. Growing up in the wireless industry, Jameson has been surrounded by phones, technology, troubleshooting, and customer service his entire life. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a real passion for learning how devices work and helping others get the most out of their tech.
Jameson enjoys creating tips, tricks, and how-to videos that make technology easier to understand for everyday users. Whether it’s hidden phone features, setup shortcuts, app recommendations, or solving common device problems, he loves finding simple ways to help people feel more confident with their technology.
From testing the newest devices to staying up to date on the latest tech trends, Jameson brings a fresh perspective, hands-on experience, and genuine enthusiasm to the NorthWoods Wireless team.
